Calix Graduate Engineer Trainee interview questions

I appeared for the entire selection process, which included one coding assessment, an MCQ test, three online interviews, and one in-person interview. After successfully clearing all the rounds, I was informed that I had been selected for the role. However, shortly afterward, I was unexpectedly put on hold with no clear explanation. After waiting for a month, I was finally told that I would not be moving forward. This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a candidate, I invested a significant amount of time and effort throughout the process, only to be left with uncertainty and false hope. Communication could have been more transparent and respectful, especially after declaring final selection. I hope the company improves its candidate experience in the future.

interview was smooth and subtle. The main focus is on coding. i have to write the code to find the peak element and then the interviewer asked to optimze the code.
