1st interview was a phone call with a manager where we went over my resume and answered some questions as it relates to the job posting. Overall it was a easy interview, individual would inform me within a week if I made it to the next round

The phone screening that I was told would take place was basically an interview. I had a one hour phone call with the hiring manager as she asked me specific questions about my strengths and weaknesses, gave me scenarios to react in, and some displays of character in past positions.

First interview was a Phone interview asking basic questions, writing prompt, panel interview with three different people asking questions about my experience and other random questions. Overall the interview process was not bad.
