The first was with an HR rep – smooth, professional, and focused on my background, skillsets and motivation for applying. The second round was with the management team. It felt positive and engaging. I walked them through my process via screen share, and they seemed genuinely impressed. Unfortunately, after that, I never heard back. No follow-up, no feedback – just silence. It was disappointing after such a promising start.
