First had a phone interview, then went to the school and had a one on one interview. Toured the school and was able to help in the classroom with some children
Very efficient and informative. Both of my interviewers asked scenario questions about how i would handle a situation. When i had questions about their company they answered truthfully and gave me all the resources I needed.

As long you keep in touch with your supervisors, via email, it goes pretty smoothly. They were very friendly as well! As always their is a wait time but that is always worth it.
