Laid back very casual interview process. First, you are asked to Fill out a form with basic questions about yourself and your work previous experience. The interview was only 20 minutes long.

Interview
They made a group of us fill out an application form in the reception. They then took two of us into an office to talk about the role. I very quickly worked out from the office and the questions that they asked the other applicant that it was really a MLM (Multi-Layer Marketing or what we used to call a 'Pyramid Scheme') and left.

They used lots of buzz words and marketing jargon, making it sound like you'll make a lot of money very quickly, but were VERY vague with any actual details of what the job would entail, just saying I would be "promoting/selling products"
