Interview
It was brief and informative. Several potential employees were sat at a table with ample seating and asked questions pertaining to their interests about the security industry and experiences, including potential cross over skills from other industries.
The interviewer was non-threatening and well versed in the industry and informed us of the standards and a brief overview of what was to be expected in the industry if we were to succeed in the interview.
