I was approached regarding an opportunity at CNTXT AI and initially had a positive discussion with a senior representative. Based on that interaction, the role and expectations seemed aligned. However, the process quickly became unclear and inconsistent. A follow-up meeting was scheduled and then postponed multiple times without being rescheduled. Communication stopped for a period without explanation. At a later stage, HR reached out again to check my availability. I responded promptly via both email and WhatsApp, but there was no follow-up afterward or acknowledgment of my response. Overall, the experience reflected a lack of coordination, unclear decision-making, and limited respect for candidates’ time, a more structured process, consistent communication, and clear accountability would significantly improve the candidate experience.
