I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CIBC (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2022
Interview
3 stage interview starting with an HR screening, followed by an interview with the hiring director. Final candidates have a meeting with the VP. Made it to the final round but the job was offered to an internal candidate. Overall a isotope experience
I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn for a role they said I’d be perfect for. Went for the panel interview, and it was a strange experience, the questions, almost seem like they were not serious about me as candidate.
The process was easy and generally well-organized, with clear communication throughout. Candidates were informed that they would receive direct feedback from the hiring team rather than just an automated response. While some questions felt slightly irrelevant to the role, the overall experience remained smooth and straightforward

Interview
Screening interview. Was a good experience. They probably wanted someone real quick and I wasn't able to give them that. Otherwise it all went very well. Was held in a very amicable environment.
