Interview
Video and in person interview. Emailed case to be solved in an outdoor environment and 25 mins later panel members walked in. Couldn't review the 3 page case with financial statememt properly. I drove an hour to attend the case plus 2nd interview. Didn't have the decency to give some feedback or writing to say that you were not hired. I got an automated rejection. I wasted two working day accomodating their interview but not sure what happened. I am doing very well at my role and sure i did ok except for 1 or 2 wrong answers.

Interview
General Phone screen first, where they're asking questions generally pulled from your resume and the job description.
Second Interview was in-person with the hiring manager and another department head. Overall the mood was pretty casual, asking general questions about me and banking.
I didn't get an offer, but I appreciated that they sent update emails and a non-canned email from the hiring manager when I didn't get it. Didn't just leave you in the dark. Overall good experience.
