Overall the focus of the interviews is on solving problems with tech, finding opportunities to leverage technology as a solution while practicing kind & compassionate leadership/ownership. First you write a cover letter & resume, then a pre-recorded interview round followed by a case question in the next round where you present and are interviewed by the program manager and a TLAP associate
