Straight questions about your team, manager, why do u want to change? What you expect in cibc?
How you resolve conflicts? How your manager should be? Long term and short term goals
The interviewers (there were three of them, were very fair and accomodating. The interviewer was professional and impartial. They made the atmosphere relaxing and engaging. At the end of the interview, I felt like \i was already a part of the team.
