Interview
Telephone interview was about 40 minutes, focusing on your resume. One hour later, I got the email for the arrangement of the 2nd round in person interview. There were a hr manager and another branch manager in the 2nd round. All questions are about how you should do or you did as a FSR.
Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej
Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
