I applied online. I interviewed at CHAMP Cargosystems (Makati City) in Aug 2025
Interview
The interview process was well-organized and professional. It started with an initial HR screening to discuss my background and interest in the Junior Software Developer role, followed by a technical interview that focused on basic programming concepts, problem-solving skills, and past projects. The interviewers were approachable and supportive, making the experience comfortable. Overall, the process was clear, smooth, and respectful of the candidate’s time.

Question 1
They asked me about my understanding of Java fundamentals, such as object-oriented programming concepts, and how I would use Java to build or maintain a simple application.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at CHAMP Cargosystems (Luxembourg) in Jun 2025
Interview
After applying I received 6 weeks later a invite for an interview with HR and a request to complete a aptitude prior. The interviewer was based in the Philippines with little idea of the job. After completing I was told I will receive a answer in one week, but it took another 6 weeks to receive automated responses with a decline. The entire process is just unprofessional. The HR doesn’t ask job related questions and was constantly interrupted by a baby in the background.
