There was a group interview. The questions were pretty basic. It lasted about 15 minutes. I waited about a week and received an email stating that I had been hired.

Interview
First is a phone interview with a recruiter. Next they have you come in in person to meet with the hiring manager. They are really impressed with any kind of education above high school and the lack of fashion hair color and tattoos.
