The process was very smooth. The manger did not ask hard questions and made me feel comfortable. I was offered refreshments and parking was paid for as well. Job was open about how much the pay rate is and were able to work with my college schedule.

Interview
The manager and I sat down in the lounge area, she went into great detail about what the job entailed and worked around my school schedule (I was a full-time student at the time) and asked me question to make sure I didn't have any questions. She made me feel welcomed and not just another person coming in to do an interview. She was interested in my feedback and answered any questions I had plus more. It has to be one of the better interview processes I've actually ever been through and I left feeling confident.
