Interview
The interview process was great. I had been in contact with Kevin from a previous application. After reaching out I had three seperate interviews. The intial screening interview a video interview with the hiring manager and an in person interview. I thought that each interview had well prepared questions. Professional questions about why I would be a good fit for the position in addtion to questions about my personailty that would see if I would be a good fit for the team.

This interview process went on for maybe 3 weeks. The recruiter was nice and responsive. One phone interview and 3 interviews over video/computer. I was qualified and enthusiastic. Then I had to reach back out to be told they went with another candidate.
