Interview was completed over a lunch meeting with the COO. Very informal, but no question left unanswered. After the interview was completed, I was invited to the office for two days to observe how the support process worked and to ensure I was comfortable with the staff and other employee's I would be working with. After that, I met with the COO again to discuss if this was the correct fit for me and the company. After that, it was about 2 weeks before an offer was received.
