2. 30min phone interview with hiring manager.
3. In person interview with 3 person panel and 3 meetings.
4. Facility walk through
First panel was team at location, went well and these were the people I would be working with.
Second panel was through video conference with team in New Jersey, which was more of an interrogation! I knew after this meeting that I did not want to work for CACI or LSG InnovationsThe hiring manager was quite the a hole and the other interviewers were quite cocky and arrogant. You couldn’t pay me enough to work there. They also berated the person that left in which I would be taking his role. Right off the bat you can tell it wasn’t what you knew, it was who you knew. Definitely the “boys club”.
