I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at C2 Education (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2016
Interview
I was emailed for an interview, never called. I was told to bring a resume. I arrived 5 minutes early. The woman told me I was early and to sit down.
When I was called in, the interviewer was completely unprepared. She had no idea what I was interviewing for, she did not have interview questions ready, and proceeded to fumble through her computer to "find the questions"- she never found them. She asked me why I wanted the job and then came up with about eight reasons why she doesn't hire directors right away, and about four excuses for the director position being open when there is no opening. She then suggested I "try out" the assistant director position that pays 15.00 an hour for awhile- (a far cry from the Director salary).
The process was disappointing and the interviewer insulting.

Question 1
Why do you want this job.
What experience do you have with running a center (profit/loss)
How do you overcome objections about price
Positive Overall experience, learned a lot and did some research before hand as well. Would recommend the same for anyone interviewing for this position. This job has mixed reviews but I think any job is what you make it.

I applied online. I interviewed at C2 Education (Houston, TX)
Interview
The interview process was a 3-step process that was clearly articulated. First was a phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with the District and Area Managers, then a final interview with the Regional Vice President.

Question 1
How would you leverage your skills in an educational setting, understanding that there is a heavy sales component?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at C2 Education (Cerritos, CA) in Aug 2024
Interview
I got to the very last round of the interview and the HR said she would get back to me whether or not I'm their final selection. However, I've never heard back from them ever since. I can take rejection letters no problem but "no updates" after all the promises is just not professional.
