Asked why I wanted to leave my current role
then asked why my other positions were short.
Instantly went to criticize my internship and college experiences, in an off-hand manner.
The job listing had limited information.
Likely a ghost job, the call ended in 5 minutes. Waste of my time to interview with 2 other interviews on the same day. I don't recommend applying nor interviewing for this role. This interview slot was better spent making this post then talking to the head hunter.
The interview process at CR Fletcher was smooth. The Receptionist was inviting, and the Recruiter was knowledgeable about my industry and career path options. I enjoyed the interview and look forward to a partnership.
The interview process was stress free. Regular business casual set up with mediocre social distancing. Staff and Recruiter were friendly and straight to the point. However a paper application is required to complete upon arrival which I felt was pretty repititive.
