      Account Coordinator Interview

      13 Jul 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Saugus, MA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at C-4 Analytics (Saugus, MA) in May 2016

      Interview

First I received a call after applying on Indeed 3 days later, just a brief phone call asking about my experience with digital marketing. I was then invited to a first interview which lasted 2.5 hours. I met with another Account Coordinator who asked me basic questions about my resume and background in digital marketing and familiarity with SEO and Client services. He didn't stick to the interview handbook he had and it was more of a casual and friendly conversation. Then I met with an Account Director who was equally as friendly and said he had to go through the awkward but effective questions for me. He then described the work atmosphere and the type of teams and work I would be doing. I then met with an Account Manager who explained to me more about the position and answered more questions that I had about the position. She went through some questions as well but was very nice. Lastly I was told I'd hear an answer in a week. It had been a week and a half when I finally heard back from them for a second interview. First I met with the managing partner who threw a lot of questions as me fast, not many pertaining to the actual position but what my talents were, what I did u need my free time and why I wanted to be there. After that I met with a Senior account director and a director or client services. It seemed to be a repeat of my first interview as they were all impressed with my resume, knowledge of SEO and Client service experience. The questions seemed more personal so they could see if I could fit well with the environment. I received an offer that same week I had the second interview.

      Interview

4 or 5 rounds, very repetitive. Same questions each round. Their answers to my questions were very vague and I didn’t get a good understanding of the role before I started.

      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at C-4 Analytics

      Interview

The Interview Process was extremely informative! The first round was over the phone and the interviewer was extremely friendly and invested in what I was saying! She made it feel like a conversation rather than an interview. The next round was in person and it was longer but I got to meet a lot of faces around the office as well as get a true idea of what the job was like and what exactly I would be doing! Everyone I spoke with was friendly and interested in what I was saying, each person made me feel comfortable and excited to work at C-4 Analytics. Best interview experience I have had so far!

      Account Coordinator Interview

      15 Jan 2020
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at C-4 Analytics in Feb 2019

      Interview

A very long and confusing interview process. Originally started with some intimidating phone calls, then didn't hear anything for a few months until I was suddenly rushed to come into the office for an interview. Told 5 different people the same thing back to back in a small room. The people interviewing me seemed like they absolutely hated their jobs and genuinely did not want to learn anything about me. I could see right through everything...this place was toxic. I'm so glad I did my research (here!) and did not accept this tempting ($$) offer. Follow your gut people!!
