Interview
Short and simple, they just ask language knowledge. General knowledge about India, fine with relocation or not. Then the last was HR negotiation, they are strict, did not negotiate. Within few days, approx 2 weeks or so, I got the offer letter.

Question 1
If I can moderate the contents or not? How is my knowledge on my language?do I know the celebrities from India? Am I ok with moderating ? Do I know the company products?
The interview only have 1 stage and they will call 3 candidates at once and the session usually took less than 30 mins. After the interview was done, the recruiter gave me the result immediately and onboarding was very smooth. However, for me, i applied the position approximately 6 months ago and got the interview recently.

It was all about asking your logic and judgement based on the video they will show.

Interview
3 staged interview, asking about general inormation. previous job experiences. knowledge about tiktok trends , and how it works.
asked whether i can work late shifts, work the weekends, if i understand mena regions' dialects
3 times of interviews with HR and TL.
20% was in English, 80% was Japanese as I remember.
The atmosphere was pretty good, and they made me feel comfortable.
But noticed me content moderator is really hard.
