Bynry Technical Lead Python interview questions

Had just one round with the Head of operations for 30 minutes. She spoke about the company and asked about my experiences. I explained about the roles and responsibilities. Then comes the compensation part. I was asked about my expectations. With 9 years of IT experience and a master degree from Germany I told what I am expecting. She immediately denied that amount. I was open for negotiation, but without taking a single technical round, she explained that why I’m not eligible for that number. BTW I asked 35 LPA (negotiable). Her point was “she doesn’t have any budget constraints but can’t pay me because I have 4 years of relevant python experience”. If you’re so much concerned about the number of YOE, please read the resume well and save both yours and the candidate’s time. Worst experience.
