Very relaxed and questions pertained to sales goals, experience and management technique. Byline is developing an increased drive towards sales and expansion and the interview process very much reflects that.

Interview
Application submitted online, I got a call within 2-3 weeks. Took more than a month from the interview process to get hired. It was unclear, and time consuming if the job was offered to me. I had to email back and inquire if, and when an offer will be made. Once offer was made, and I accepted the process took another two weeks to start with on-boarding.
The interview process is ok, just really time-consuming.
