Overall not too bad, pretty generic questions asked. Asking about main strengths and weaknesses and what issues you’ve managed and dealt with in the last. Two managers interview me and overall nice guys but they want a lot out of you

Interview
I have applied via LinkedIn and was offered a phone interview initially during which we discussed my experience, salary expectations and what the role is about. I was then offered a face to face interview in their office where we had a very standard interview during which they went through a list of questions. These were pretty standard with a few technical questions, relevant to the role. We then went for a tour of the office, a presentation of the structure and my salary expectations. They sent me an offer, under my minimum requirements, which I have respectfully rejected and never heard of them.
