People seem nice—a few rounds of interviews. They proceeded to the second round but declined due to other opportunities and were very understanding about it. The team seems like they have specialities covering specific areas and you will not have to do roles that cover all areas of marketing and communications, which is a good thing, in my opinion, so that you can tap on your strength and focus on the work that you want to do. It also teaches you to collaborate and trust your colleagues. There is also a written assessment.
