I didn’t get an interview. The application requires you to upload your resume and answer about 8 short answer/mini essay questions. I spent many hours over three evenings writing answers for the application, including signing up for and downloading the app so I could provide free feedback for them, which is requested in one of the questions.
I got a rejection two days later.
Take it from me, don’t ever waste your time on this type of application as I sure won’t again.
