I applied online. I interviewed at Budibase in Oct 2022
Interview
1st Interview with HR
2nd Interview with CEO
Declined because " technical skills we're quite where we need them to be for this particular role". I'm not how they gauged this as they never actually gave me a test.
Felt like they wanted a developer instead of what they actually advertised for. They just need to be honest and not waste the candidates time.

Question 1
Tell about yourself experiences. No real structure to the interview.
Contacted via Linkedin by the internal recruiter at Budibase about the role. Had a 30 minute call with the recruiter who went through the role, the company and my experience. Didn't get pass the 1st stage process because:
"We have received a large number of applicants for the role and unfortunately, while we loved your profile we have chosen to progress with some of the other candidates with a little less experience to start with."
Which company looks for potential employees with less experience?
