Interviewer was suspiciously friendly to the point I felt like I was being sold a MLM scheme by a someone who might have snorted a line or two.
The other comments/reviews are not wrong about traveling bosses. Seems like management are bunch of wanna-be billionaire boys club.
Whole time the interviewer was bragging about traveling to X, Y, Z places, possession of US and Canadian passports being an Indian, partying with bosses, shouting at each other for work, how the company wants people who take ownership meaning work outside 9-6.
Biggest load of bs. If you want employees to take ownership beyond the duty start by giving stake in the company. Stop mucking about!
Goes on to speak about how everyone is a "family" which is a signal for run a mile and another when you reach.
Any experienced or well traveled person would see right through his BS. They are looking for candidates in APAC for cheap labor. Asking for previous salary which the man thinks is acceptable for a Canadian company. Try pulling this crap on a non asian and see how that works for you.
C-suite, get someone else for first round of interview. The way your company is sold is a joke, Full of red flags, Lala company and laughable.
