COMMISSION MADE ONLY IF THEY FINALIZE SALE. "Four stages": 1) Brand Ambassador, 2) Account Manager, 3) Assistant Director, 4) Marketing Director 1) 4-5 quota a day, Commission signing up a customer: Interior: $60, Exterior: $30 2) “Promoted because you signed up 18 customers”, you start recruiting other people 3) “You can be at the office or in the field” 4) Whatever… are you still actually interested?
