BroadPeak Partners interview questions

Brief call with the COO of BroadPeak, where he asked a lot of questions on resume and other behavioral stuff. Along the way he kind of agreed how I fit into the team and what they were looking for. This was the second time I interviewed at this company and the COO has a habit of ghosting candidates after giving them hopes for the next round, even without judging them on technical abilities. Pleasant experience, 3 steps process comprising of 1 phone call and two on site interviews. Both technical and non technical skills were tested, like communication and cultural fit/work ethic fit.
