British Airways Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

There were 3 stages of selection process including scenario based online mcq, if you do well enough in that, you go on to face to face interview, mine was online with one interviewer. They took ages to get back after the interview and the process after you accept the offer can take upto 3 months. I got a better job offer during this long waiting time so declined BA in the end.

The process was smooth and fast. The HR were very supportive. They answered each and every doubt and made sure that the interview is aligned according to my convenience. The salary and timings and every other benefit is up to the mark.
