The application process and assessment centre were both very well organised, nothing to worry about. I applied at the end of November, booked an interview in in two weeks (they let you choose the date). Then I received an offer in couple of days. However, the referencing and background check process was simply terrible... I was offered to start in February, hence I provided all my checks, required documents and references by the first week of January only to find out my start date was moved to a month later one with no explanation. Then, I called numerous times to make sure the referencing and checks are happening. Bear in mind that the referencing team does not provide their phone numbers or individual emails unless you chase it up and ask around. Hence, the communication was forced from my side and otherwise nonexistent. I was not kept up to date with the progress. Keen to start at the now new start date I ensured referencing is finished before a start date. And then I was informed 4 working days before my start date that they will postpone my start day indefinitely as my background check has expired due to them moving the start date initially. This whole process taken 3 months and there is no end to it yet. Incredibly disappointed with the whole process. Would not recommend applying as it seems to be a waste of money and time.
