I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at British Airways (Heathrow, England) in Aug 2016
Interview
It was a quick-paced process, and therefore could be deemed stressful or exciting. After three assessments (physical and two task-based) you may or may not get through to an interview. I did, advised in private with the others who were successful.
