Note: Worst HR Management, simply a waste of time
I attended an interview at Bright UI Technologies, Nallampalayam, Coimbatore. I was asked to come by 12:30 PM and arrived by 12:15 PM, but the interview started only around
2 PM. There was a long waiting time with no proper communication — whenever I asked, they just said to wait.
The process included writing test cases followed by a technical round that lasted nearly 1.5 hours. The interviewer, who seemed to be a developer, kept repeating the same questions, making the experience quite uncomfortable and unorganized.
Overall, it was one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I’ve had. The office is located in an apartment with only a small team (around 15 members). Would not recommend attending interviews here.
