It was a working interview and they gave me the grossest jobs and stuck me with the girl no one liked at the time. They scoffed at my enthusiasm. I didn't actually get time to ask the hiring manager the questions I needed to and ended up with lower pay than I thought I was going to get. They don't tell you how long you will stay in the interview, but plan for about three hours. These hours are counted toward volunteer time. You will not be paid for these hours.
