My interview experience started on a positive note. The team seemed open-minded, and the first two interviews felt quite informal, giving me the impression of a supportive and engaging work environment. However, things took a turn when I reached the business case stage. I had prepared a presentation for the hiring manager and another team member, but from the very beginning of the interview, they started asking highly specific questions about their company and industry, introducing different business cases instead. It quickly became clear that they weren’t even aware I had an assignment to present. This lack of communication was disappointing, especially considering the time and effort I had put into the task. Unfortunately, this experience raised concerns about transparency and internal coordination within the company.
