Brew Cafe   interview questions

Sat down in the café, answered questions and was offered a trial, went in for trial ( one hour ) was given 4 tables to take care of, they encouraged me, got on well with easy going staff ! Took me upstairs to the roof terrace (PRO) and offered me the job that i accepted.
