After filling in some from regarding basic information, 3 interviewers raised questions about your qualifications, experience, and knowledge about the role as well as the football club. The interview takes around 15 minutes.

Standard interview / application procedure. Cover letter and CV. First interview online, hear more about me and my experience. Successful and through to second stage in person. Extremely large task (about 8 tasks merged into one). Great bunch of people on the panel, enjoyed the interview, made to feel welcome, good open discussion.
Ultimately unsuccessful and received an email (not a phone call) to inform me. Could ask for feedback if wanted (of course it's wanted given the time and effort...). Was proposed a date to discuss feedback that I could not make and I informed the team, they said they would look for another date and 7 weeks have now passed (found a role elsewhere in the meantime).
Poor recruitment practices from an organisation doing important and impactful work in communities.
