The first part of the process was speaking with Julie, who'll talk to you about your experience and also make sure that you would be a good cultural fit. I then was able to speak with Jon and Brit, who asked me more questions about my work and also some theoretical questions to see what I would do. After that, I was given a design challenge and then met with them again to pose as a designer conducting a usability test.

Thus far the interview process has been pleasant, thorough, and timely. I have never questioned the next steps as the interviewer has always been clear about the next steps.
