Smooth, I met the manager in person for a coffee meeting in the summer, and we had a short chat where she asked my specific questions concerning my experience as a waitress, my knowledge of the system and the dynamics of the working environment.

Just went to the interview and started the next day. It's necessary to speak English fluently. You don't have to have experience, they will take you if you show interest.
