Thorough interview process - 4-5 rounds with a project/presentation that requires research and public speaking. Intro call is with recruiter, the following calls are with the team you'd be working with.
Newer recruiter who did a poor job at setting expectations and was a little disorganized with getting back to me. Smart people, seem motivated but perhaps not the nicest colleagues to work with
