Phone interview, then in person or virtual interview. Phone interview was mainly behavioral and about past work experience, why I wanted to work at Braze etc. In person had similar questions and also was more focused on what I would be interested in learning and doing during the internship

Clear process, got a good impression of people all the way through. Included a task which related well to what they would expect. Good job of explaining what the role and company does
