After applying to the position, I received an email back pretty quickly to schedule an interview. The initial interview was only 15 minutes long, during which they asked core competency questions. Lots of red flags popped up during the interview, and from what I can infer, the work-life balance isn't probably too great right now. The interviewer let me know they'd be in touch within the next two weeks. When they did reach out two weeks-ish later, they straight up offered me the position. After just one 15 minute interview. I asked them to send over an official offer letter, as I was weighing other job offers and then I was ghosted. They also gave me a salary offer lower than what was posted.
