They were using an external recruiter for this. I had the first stage interview and that went okay and with my level of experience I was hoping to make the second stage. Then they ghosted me. The role looked okay, with a decent salary. However, from what was explained to me they only allow two WFH days. And that isn't very good. When the business is out in Warrington it's just poor if you won't let writers work with a more flexible schedule - very counterproductive. I also saw the job spec for this role coming on and off LinkedIn non-stop for several months after they ghosted me, which is a considerable red flag.
