Interview
They contacted me through poached, an online hospitality industry job board. I was called in for an interview. They were very professional and accommodating. After the interview they reached out to me again and asked if I could come in for a 2 hour stage, which I did. It was basically them showing me how they operate, and me participating by making some cocktails and chatting with the crew and the guests. The stage seemed to go well. I had nothing but positive feedback. They said they would get back to me in a few days. After not receiving a call or text for a few days, I contacted them. No response. I waited another few days and contacted them again. Still no response. I would say that they are professional up until they decide you're no longer a candidate, and then they ghost you.

Tell me about yourself. What are some of the cocktails you've created in the past? Why do you like bartending? Why Bosses Office? What does your future look like? Honestly, they didn't ask me very many questions, and I was surprised by how little they had prepared for the interview.
