A few rounds of interviews with a short phone call in the beginning. All interviewers are very nice, you should know about their past marketing campaigns and be able to think creatively on the spot. Never got any feedback after the interview why I didn't get job.

Interview
I had one interview over Zoom that lasted a total of 15 minutes. The full interview process is intended to take place over multiple rounds. However, my interviewer asked to reschedule our interview three times and by the time we finally met she proceeded to tell me the position had already been filled.
