Interview
Sent my resume directly to the HR Talent Recruiter. Called into the store to confirm it was received by the store manager. HR reached out to me the next day via email to request a phone interview. I confirmed. Phone interview took place next day, was about 45 minutes. Once successfully completed, a date and time was set to interview in person with the store manager. 2 days later, I met with the store manager for about 30 minutes. Once successfully completed, HR reached out to me and asked how the interview went, I described my experience and HR then requested my avaibility to speak with the Market Manager, which would be the final interview. That took place the same day as the phone call with HR later that afternoon. Was on the phone with the Market Manager for 30 minutes. When it was completed, HR reached back out to me to confirm they had spoken with the Market Manager and would follow up the next day. The next day, I received a phone call from HR where my feedback about the interview was asked and they explained what the conclusion was.

Give an example of a time you had to deal with a difficult employee.
Great interview process, I was allowed to put in my two weeks at my current work without missing my opportunity. The interview process was also very smooth, quick, and organized well.

Part time retail employees: interview through Lead, Assistant Manager, then Store Manager. Once hired you take a drug/background check. Job does not require to have technical experience, just customer service experience. If you put down lots of customer service experience you have better chance of getting an interview. Bose will train you on certain aspects of speakers and there sales skills which you must use! Also must learn a script for the Theater Room.
Full time: Varies depends on position. Will interview with Assistant Manager, Store Manager, and possibly District Manager. Again put down customer service in addition to, sales, supervisor roles.

Question 1
Bose will give you a script to memorize and present. This was the one part that threw me off and they do understand this is different/difficult. Script is about 3-4 pages long and when you are employed, you must memorize this for the theater room.
