Applied online and was contacted by the recruiter the next day. Scheduled the first phone screen and she mentioned that they were already conducting the final round of interviews for that position. She also mentioned that she definitely thinks I am a great match for this position and will share my info with Hiring Manager and will arrange the next phone call.
Next Steps: RADIO SILENCE!
2 weeks later ... I got standard rejection email
It would have been nicer if the recruiter would have followed up personally after promising that she will reach out. I know accepting/rejecting your part of job! But at the end of day, you're representing 'BOSE' as a company to me/candidates- Subconsciously, it gave very bad impression of the company culture itself, which the most important thing I am looking in my next job.

Interview process is super long (2 months) with recruiters being Randstad contractors and non responsive. When they do get back, they call you out of no where. The process was as follows, I talked to the hiring manager, then there was a presentation panel interview with 5 (two didn't show up), followed by five 1:1 interviews (interviewers showed up late). A few other observations, this company is old school corporate, meaning it is quite hierarchal, siloed, and and set in their ways. The interviewers kept saying that one way or another.

Interview
The interview process was very long, about 3 hours a day for 5 days. I met a lot of very talented people, but I don't know if I would say that the work that you needed to put in was worth it. There was very little feedback after those 15 hours and a presentation.
Multiple phone interviews with hiring manager and HR, in person interviews with cross-functional managers I would be working with. The process took a long time, but I was hired in the end.
