Round robin style interview where there were multiple interviews with various Project Managers from different lines of work. Interviews lasted roughly 15 minutes. From what I understand, the interviewers got together as a group after and chose which candidates fit best on their team.

I do not recall all of the interview questions. What makes you a good fit for Booz Allen Hamilton? Tell us about your background and how it fits into the work we do? What are your interests?
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
